E-Commerce Assistant – Lifestyle, Cosmetics & Fragrance

About the role

Our client in Dubai seeks an E‑Commerce Assistant to drive online sales across lifestyle, cosmetics and fragrance categories. The role focuses on optimizing digital channels, managing product catalogs and improving conversion rates through data‑driven marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day backend operations of e‑commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Noon) to ensure flawless functionality, user experience and mobile responsiveness.
• Manage product listings, update digital assets, and coordinate inventory accuracy and pricing strategies across multiple sales channels.
• Develop and execute online marketing strategies, including paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), email campaigns and SEO to increase both organic and paid traffic.
• Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track KPIs, conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize conversion rates.
• Collaborate with creative, inventory and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing, shipping and delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven hands‑on experience in e‑commerce management or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate website metrics into actionable business strategies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with e‑commerce CMS platforms such as Shopify, Amazon and Noon.
• Experience using CRM tools and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM and execution of paid campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Competence in Google Analytics for tracking performance and conducting A/B testing.
