E-Commerce Manager Professional Audio Video And Photography Equipment

About the role

The Greater Change is seeking an experienced, commercially driven E‑Commerce Manager to lead and expand its marketplace operations for professional audio, video and photography equipment across Amazon, Noon and other GCC e‑commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own marketplace revenue, gross margin and profitability targets; develop monthly and quarterly forecasts.
• Manage marketplace budgets, including advertising spend, promotions and operational costs.
• Oversee product listing accuracy, SEO optimisation, content quality and imagery.
• Plan and optimise Amazon and Noon PPC campaigns, monitor ROAS, ACOS and bidding strategies.
• Develop pricing, discounting and promotional strategies while ensuring compliance.
• Maintain account health, resolve policy violations and support brand protection initiatives.
• Coordinate inventory across channels and lead a small team to achieve operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing e‑commerce marketplaces in the GCC region.
• Commercially driven with a strong focus on revenue growth and margin protection.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
