Early Childhood Teacher (Nursery)

About the role

Emirates British Nursery is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Teacher to deliver the EYFS curriculum across its Dubai locations. The role involves creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment that supports children’s physical, emotional and educational development.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake activities with all children to ensure safety and facilitate their physical, emotional and educational development.
• Deliver planned educational activities and programmes while promoting independent learning.
• Provide a high standard of care and education within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
• Encourage inclusion and adapt activities to meet the diverse needs of all children.
• Monitor, assess and record individual progress using the Learning and Development Profile Book.
• Ensure the welfare, health, safety and security of all children in the nursery.
• Participate in assessments and prepare reports on children’s work and development.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• University degree in Early Childhood/Education with a Level III vocational certificate, or a high school diploma with a Level III certificate and at least two years of relevant experience.
• Native‑level proficiency in English.
• Currently residing in Dubai or willing to relocate.
