Early Years Teacher – Nursery (Dubai)

About the role

Emirates British Nursery is seeking a dedicated Early Years Teacher to deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum in line with the British National Curriculum. The role focuses on creating a safe, nurturing environment that supports children’s physical, emotional and educational development.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake activities with all children to ensure safety and promote holistic development.
• Plan and deliver educational programmes that encourage independent learning.
• Provide high‑standard care and education within the EYFS framework.
• Encourage inclusion and adapt activities to meet the needs of every child.
• Monitor, assess and record individual needs using the Learning and Development Profile Book.
• Maintain the welfare, health, safety and security of all children.
• Participate in assessments and prepare reports on children’s progress.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• University degree in Early Childhood/Education with a Level III vocational certificate, or a high‑school diploma with the same certificate and at least two years of relevant experience.
• Native‑level proficiency in English.
• Currently residing in Dubai or willing to relocate.
