Early Years Teacher – Nursery (Motor City, Dubai)

About the role

Emirates British Nursery (EBN) is seeking a dedicated Early Years Teacher to join its Motor City campus in Dubai. You will work within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and the British National Curriculum to support children’s holistic development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate educational activities that promote independent learning.
• Ensure the safety, welfare, health and security of all children at all times.
• Monitor, assess and record each child’s progress using the Learning and Development Profile Book.
• Adapt activities to meet the diverse needs of all learners, fostering inclusion and acceptance.
• Prepare reports on children’s development and participate in assessment processes.
• Collaborate with management and undertake additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• University degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, plus a Level III vocational certificate in early childhood care and education, **or** a high school diploma with the same certificate and at least two years of relevant experience.
• Native‑level proficiency in English.
• Currently residing in Dubai or willing to relocate.
