Ecosystem Governance Intern – Turkish Speaking (TikTok LIVE)

About the role

The LIVE team at TikTok is looking for a motivated intern to support real‑time content governance for TikTok LIVE streams across MENA markets. This role is ideal for a Turkish‑speaking student who wants hands‑on experience in trust & safety, data analysis, and policy enforcement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct real‑time content review of TikTok LIVE streams in Turkish‑speaking markets.
• Identify and promptly escalate high‑risk or policy‑violating content.
• Analyse user behaviour, market trends, and potential platform misuse.
• Prepare concise summary reports highlighting key findings and emerging trends.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a data‑related discipline.
• Fluent in English and Turkish, with strong oral and written communication skills in both languages.
• Available to work five days a week for a minimum of three months.
• Preferred: prior experience in trust & safety, governance, or content analysis.
