Editorial Graphic Designer – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Editorial Graphic Designer will bring One&Only The Palm’s visual identity to life across editorial, digital, social, campaign and commercial communications. Working within a luxury resort environment, you will shape sophisticated visual storytelling that reflects the brand’s chic yet warm personality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop editorial‑led concepts for campaigns, seasonal moments and brand storytelling.
• Create visual identities for new experiences, restaurants, partnerships and resort initiatives.
• Design across digital, social, print, email, presentations, events and guest touchpoints.
• Produce compelling layouts with strong typography, composition, imagery and negative space.
• Guide photography selection, image sequencing and visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, stylists, agencies and other creative partners.
• Participate in photoshoots and content productions, shaping visual direction from concept to final execution.
• Develop creative concepts and decks for luxury partnerships, F&B launches, events and commercial opportunities.
• Create motion, animation and digital assets where appropriate while maintaining a luxury aesthetic.
• Ensure consistency across all creative output and evolve the resort’s visual expression.

Required profile

• Strong visual point of view with the ability to turn briefs into unexpected, culturally relevant work.
• Experience in editorial design and storytelling within a luxury or hospitality context.
• Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with Marketing, Sales, F&B, Spa, Events and external creative partners.
• Attention to detail and a passion for staying ahead of fashion, travel, art and design trends.
