About the role

Join Lenovo’s EAGLES (EMEA Academy for Graduates in Lenovo Sales) cohort for a two‑year rotational graduate program based in Dubai. You will be immersed in the full sales cycle, gaining hands‑on experience across prospecting, client engagement, negotiation and closing business opportunities within a leading global technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Navigate the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Understand and position Lenovo’s AI‑enabled hardware, infrastructure and software solutions in the context of market trends and competitive dynamics.
• Communicate value propositions clearly and build strong, lasting client relationships.
• Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions that address business challenges.
• Participate in mentorship programs, cross‑functional projects and interactions with senior stakeholders to develop leadership capabilities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong academic record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
