Emirati Laboratory Technologist – HealthHub Clinics

About the role

HealthHub Clinics, part of Al-Futtaim Health, is seeking a qualified Emirati Laboratory Technologist to join its 24/7 diagnostic laboratory at Marsa Plaza, Dubai. The role supports physicians and healthcare teams by delivering accurate and timely diagnostic results.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized diagnostic tests across various laboratory disciplines.
• Ensure accuracy, reliability and timely reporting of laboratory results.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and calibrate laboratory equipment in line with quality and safety standards.
• Adhere to DHA regulations, laboratory protocols and infection‑prevention procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical handling of patient information and laboratory data.
• Document and keep accurate laboratory records.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• UAE national (Emirati) with a valid DHA license as a Laboratory Technologist.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• At least minimal practical experience (approximately 1 month) in a clinical laboratory setting.
