Engagement Manager – Employee Engagement & Internal Communications

About the role

Manages employee engagement, internal communications, and event/program management for a leading civil infrastructure EPC in the UAE. The role is hands‑on, covering strategy and execution of the annual engagement plan, from coordinating events to writing announcements and analysing survey feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual employee engagement strategy.
• Plan, coordinate and execute internal events and programs across project sites.
• Draft internal communications, announcements and newsletters.
• Analyse employee survey results and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field.
• 5+ years experience in employee engagement, internal communications, HR, corporate communications or events.
• Experience in construction, engineering, contracting, real estate or large operational organisations preferred.
• Experience working with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
