About the role

GEMS Founders School Dubai is seeking an enthusiastic English Teacher to join its newly opened campus. The role involves delivering high‑quality A‑Level English instruction within a British Schools Overseas accredited environment, supporting the school’s vision to Grow, Flourish & Succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely intervention and support.
• Collaborate with department heads and school leadership to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Contribute to extra‑curricular programmes and community‑based events.

Required profile

• Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE, PGDE or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience teaching English at A‑Level.
• Creative and enthusiastic approach to classroom and extracurricular activities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for working with colleagues, students and parents.
