English Teacher (Full‑Time)

About the role

Academia Management Solutions International is looking for a full‑time English Teacher to join its Dubai campus. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality English language instruction, inspire student growth, and uphold the school’s educational mission.

Key responsibilities

• Teach allocated English classes and prepare lesson plans.
• Assess, monitor, record and report student progress.
• Provide academic advice and guidance to students.
• Promote and safeguard students’ wellbeing and safety.
• Collaborate with parents and staff to support student interests.
• Engage in continuous professional development.
• Contribute to curriculum development.
• Help maintain order and discipline in the classroom and school.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in English Literature or Language.
• Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed, M.Ed, teaching diploma).
• Ability to meet TELS UAE certification and obtain Competent Teacher Status within one year.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to diverse students, staff and community.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Commitment to students’ academic, physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
• Prompt and accurate record‑keeping.
• Excellent knowledge of English subject matter and use of technology.
• Team‑player with a genuine passion for teaching.
