Enterprise Account Manager – Major Accounts (Hybrid, Dubai)

About the role

The Enterprise Account Manager will serve as the single point of contact for large, named accounts in the UAE, driving value for clients while maximizing revenue for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. This hybrid position requires an average of two days per week on‑site at an HPE office in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow market share and secure large‑value deals.
• Collaborate with senior management to shape future business strategies and determine optimal sales approaches.
• Build and nurture relationships with IT and business executives, including C‑level stakeholders, leveraging external partners where appropriate.
• Apply consultative selling techniques to identify opportunities, ensure ongoing revenue growth, and negotiate tailored solutions.
• Maintain high customer loyalty, advocate for client needs, and develop joint business plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex, high‑value accounts in the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of client business and IT challenges.
• Ability to work independently, set strategy, and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior executives.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of enterprise IT solutions (computers, servers, storage, services, printers).
