Enterprise Architect – P&C Insurance (Dubai)

About the role

The Enterprise Architect will shape and govern the technology architecture for the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance business of Orient Insurance PJSC. You will partner with business leaders and product teams to deliver an AI‑enabled, composable insurance platform that speeds time‑to‑market and improves operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain target enterprise and domain architectures across underwriting, policy administration, claims, billing, reinsurance and distribution.
• Design the Agentic AI framework, including autonomous agents, orchestration layers, decision engines and human‑in‑the‑loop models, while establishing AI governance and compliance guardrails.
• Architect omnichannel digital experiences, guiding portals, mobile apps, workflow tools and low‑code/no‑code platforms.
• Own the API‑first and event‑driven integration strategy, setting standards for REST, event streaming and asynchronous patterns.
• Lead core systems modernization using legacy decomposition, SaaS solutions and microservices.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing enterprise‑scale architectures for insurance or financial services.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML integration, governance and ethical considerations.
• Ability to translate business strategy into clear architectural roadmaps.
