Enterprise Transformation Lead - Control Tower & Systems

About the role

Lead enterprise transformation programmes for a diversified real‑estate development group, building a real‑time executive Control Tower that provides visibility into performance, risk and bottlenecks.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern transformation road‑maps, ownership structures and governance mechanisms.
• Translate strategy, workshop outcomes and executive decisions into actionable Jira initiatives.
• Produce business analysis artefacts such as BRDs, FRDs, RTMs, gap and impact analyses.
• Design AS‑IS and TO‑BE processes and target operating models across core functions.
• Establish a Management Control Tower covering KPIs, SLAs, ageing, bottlenecks and risk indicators.

Required profile

• 6‑8+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, business analysis or ERP‑driven programmes.
• Demonstrated delivery of AS‑IS/TO‑BE processes, operating models, RACI matrices and SLA frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP or property‑management systems (Yardi preferred).
• Strong execution discipline using Jira and structured governance follow‑up.
• Fluent English; Arabic language capability is a strong advantage.
