Entertainment Creative Senior Manager

About the role

The Entertainment Creative Senior Manager will act as a key collaborator across Creative, Production, Marketing, Events, and HR teams to ensure artistic goals, brand standards, and operational excellence are met throughout Miral Experiences’ theme parks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of all entertainment casting activities, including Face Characters, Animators, and Specialty Acts.
• Manage in‑person (local and international) and online auditions, oversee the online casting platform, and ensure timely communication and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and IP representatives to conceptualize and maintain creative content aligned with brand identity and shareholder expectations.
• Partner with scenic, costume, lighting, and sound designers to integrate technical and visual elements that support the creative vision.
• Guide and mentor the creative team during scripting, choreography, and music direction, fostering innovation and professional growth.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition and HR to onboard new performers and plan casting needs for upcoming productions and seasonal demands.
• Maintain high artistic standards, stay current with industry trends, and deliver projects on time and within scope.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in performance production, scripting, music, choreography, and character development.
• Proven track record leading creative and casting teams in a large‑scale entertainment environment.
• Strong mentorship abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.
