About the role

This entry‑level Clerk position offers fresh graduates a chance to start their professional journey in a dynamic UAE office environment. You will support daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle daily clerical and administrative duties.
  • Organise and maintain files, records, and documents.
  • Assist with data entry and office documentation.
  • Support office staff with administrative coordination.
  • Manage emails, paperwork, and internal communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
  • Assist in preparing reports and office documents.
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time and accurately.

Required profile

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
