Entry-Level Waiter/Waitress – Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join the service team at Andaz Capital Gate in Abu Dhabi. In this entry‑level position you will deliver consistent, high‑quality service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area.
• Recommend menu items, upsell and cross‑sell to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in hotel or restaurant operations.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
