EU/UK Recruiter – Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role

Enclave Real Estate is seeking an EU/UK Recruiter to join its fast‑growing Dubai team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing talent that supports the company’s real‑estate operations across the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Source candidates through hiring platforms, networking, and headhunting techniques.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist applicants, ensuring a high‑quality pipeline.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Support onboarding processes and prepare necessary hiring documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment or sales experience within the real‑estate sector.
• Proven ability to use hiring platforms and conduct headhunting activities.
• Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and target‑driven.
