Event Coordinator – Premium Weddings & Corporate Events

About the role

We are seeking a creative and experienced Event Coordinator to plan, organize, and execute premium weddings, engagements, corporate events, and private functions in Abu Dhabi. The role requires strong client management, vendor coordination, and the ability to deliver exceptional experiences from concept to post‑event follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and coordinate weddings, engagements, corporate events and private functions.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage timelines, logistics, schedules and on‑site operations.
• Develop creative event concepts and themes based on client requirements.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations and detailed event schedules.
• Negotiate with vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Oversee event setup, execution and post‑event activities.
• Handle multiple events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Resolve on‑site issues to ensure smooth delivery and exceptional customer experience.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of proven experience in event planning, coordination or management within the UAE.
• Strong background in organizing weddings, engagements, luxury and premium private functions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and vendor‑management abilities.
• Highly organized, multitasking and detail‑oriented with a creative mindset.
• Ability to manage clients and coordinate across different teams.
• Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
