Event Planner – Luxury Hotel (Dubai)

About the role

Join a prestigious hotel in Dubai's Downtown district as an Event Planner, responsible for designing and delivering high‑end events that reflect the property’s luxury standards. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring memorable experiences to life, from intimate gatherings to large‑scale celebrations.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise event themes and design detailed event plans.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and service providers to secure venues, catering, décor and technical equipment.
• Manage all logistical aspects, including timelines, budgets, staffing and on‑site execution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and brand standards throughout the event lifecycle.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and post‑event reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience planning and executing luxury or high‑end events.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Creative flair with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
