Events Specialist – Middle East, India & Africa (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Huda Beauty is seeking a creative and organized Events Specialist to support the execution of high‑profile brand events, product launches and masterclasses across the Middle East, Africa and India. Working on a six‑month fixed‑term contract, you will translate global event briefs into locally resonant experiences that align with the brand’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Event Manager in planning, executing and evaluating brand events, product launches and masterclasses.
• Adapt global event strategies to meet cultural and regional requirements of the MEAI market.
• Manage timelines, logistics, budgets and vendor relationships to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, PR, Education, Retail, Commercial) and external partners.
• Conduct post‑event analysis, generate insights and prepare performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale events.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
• Ability to produce clear reports, strategy documents and presentations on a regular basis.

Required skills

• Proficiency with event planning software.
