Executive Accountant (Food Manufacturing)

About the role

Vital Foods Factory LLC is seeking an Executive Accountant to join its finance team in Dubai. The role involves handling the full cycle of accounting activities within a food manufacturing environment, ensuring accurate transaction recording and timely financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Log daily accounting transactions, vouchers and ledger entries.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice matching and payment tracking.
• Perform month‑end reconciliations, bank balance matching and journal updates.
• Prepare basic financial summaries, trial balances and supporting schedules for management.
• Maintain digital and paper financial documentation in line with internal control policies.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of general accounting experience, preferably in food manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Fluent in spoken and written Hindi and English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing.
• General ledger accounting and journal entry preparation.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with standard accounting software.
