About the role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team in Dubai. The role is pivotal in ensuring the executive office runs smoothly, acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas and itineraries.
- Serve as gatekeeper, screening calls, emails and visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Conduct research, compile data and create reports or presentations for executive decision‑making.
- Handle expense reports, invoices and other financial documentation with accuracy.
- Organise board meetings, executive retreats and key events, managing logistics and materials.
- Anticipate executive needs, proactively solving issues and offering support.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C‑suite executives or founders.
- Exceptional organisational and time‑management abilities, able to juggle multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong eye for detail.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Adaptable, proactive problem‑solver in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
