About the role
This is a senior Executive Assistant position supporting the Founder and Managing Director of a fast‑growing international business operating across the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the UK. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with the Managing Director, providing high‑level administrative and personal support while helping to drive day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a complex, multi‑time‑zone diary and schedule meetings across international stakeholders.
- Coordinate extensive international travel, itineraries and logistics, often on short notice.
- Handle email, correspondence and communications on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Prepare briefing documents, meeting materials and presentations.
- Act as gatekeeper and primary point of contact for internal and external parties.
- Support meeting coordination, agenda setting and follow‑up actions.
- Maintain confidential documentation and accurate records.
- Provide ad‑hoc business and personal assistance, including occasional travel alongside the Managing Director.
Required profile
- Proven experience supporting a Founder, CEO or Managing Director in a fast‑paced environment.
- Currently based in Dubai or established within the UAE.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, confident demeanor.
- Ability to manage changing priorities across different time zones.
- Discreet, trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused and capable of working independently.
- Flexibility for varied working hours and international travel.
