Facade Manager – High Rise Towers Project

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Façade Manager to lead the façade package on a large‑scale high‑rise tower project in Dubai. The role involves overseeing engineering, procurement, logistics and construction activities to ensure the façade is delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an effective subcontractor package management system.
• Organise and coordinate relationships between the main contractor, subcontractors, consultants and the employer.
• Drive the subcontractor team through planning, engineering, procurement, testing, production, logistics, manpower and construction completion.
• Secure engineering approvals and support the technical department with constructability details.
• Monitor material, PMU and SD approvals and attend related meetings.
• Forecast package needs and advise management on precautionary measures.
• Manage subcontractor claims and initiate counter‑claims.
• Coordinate and monitor the subcontractor construction plan using KPI systems aligned with the main contractor program.
• Push both main contractor and subcontractor to meet schedule targets through strong logistics management.
• Interface with the project consultant to ensure an efficient approval process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in façade management for high‑rise tower projects.
