About the role

As a Food & Beverage Service Expert at Sheraton Dubai, you will create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive, high‑quality service. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, ensuring all settings meet Sheraton standards.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and relay any special requests.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, checking on guest needs throughout the meal.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and adhere to health‑safety guidelines.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues to enhance the overall experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of related hospitality experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 25 lb unaided (up to 50 lb with assistance).
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Ability to read and verify menu information accurately.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a focus on safety and quality standards.
