About the role
Join the Breakfast and Brunch Restaurant at The Ritz‑Carlton Dubai as a Guest Service Expert. You will create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive, high‑quality service throughout their meal.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables according to restaurant standards.
- Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and ensure timely delivery.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest requests.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and follow health and safety procedures.
- Handle transactions and ensure guests’ dining experience is seamless.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 25 lb unaided, 50 lb with assistance) and work on varied surfaces.
Required skills
