F&B Service Expert (Waiter/Waitress) – Spanish Speaker Preferred

About the role

The Guest Service Expert at El Sur creates memorable dining experiences for hotel guests. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure food, drinks and service are delivered flawlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, maintain a clean work area, and restock supplies.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen, serve guests promptly, and handle guest requests.
• Read and verify menu information, assist guests with menu choices, and ensure accurate billing.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, walking on varied surfaces, and lifting items up to 25 lb (or 50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• Spanish speaking ability preferred.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses required.
