About the role
British Orchard Nursery (BON) is expanding its network in the Gulf region and is seeking a qualified female Principal to lead one of its Dubai preschools. This full‑time position offers the chance to join a passionate team dedicated to early childhood education within the GCC’s largest nursery chain.
Key responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the nursery.
- Ensure the centre operates in line with CACHE Level 5 standards and local regulations.
- Foster a caring and stimulating environment for children, staff, and families.
Required profile
- Female candidate only.
- Relevant degree in early years education or a related field.
- Cache Level 5 qualification (or equivalent).
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar leadership role.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of early years curriculum and CACHE guidelines.
