Female Real Estate Administrator – Dubai

About the role

Lexoro Real Estate Broker L.L.C. is expanding its Dubai operations and seeks a motivated Female Real Estate Administrator. The role supports the sales team by managing property listings, preparing contracts, and handling documentation required by the Dubai Land Department.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update property listings on platforms such as Property Finder and Bayut.
• Prepare Forms A, B, F, MOUs, tenancy contracts, and related documentation.
• Process procedures with DLD, RERA, Tarkheesi, Oqood, NOC, title‑deed, and property‑transfer requirements.
• Monitor listing quality, renew permits, and ensure compliance.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and senior management.

Required profile

• Female candidate with at least one year of real‑estate administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of property‑listing management and real‑estate contract preparation.
• Familiarity with Dubai Land Department processes, RERA, Tarkheesi, Oqood, NOCs, and title‑deed transfers.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately.

Required skills
