Female Tele Sales Coordinator – Aesthetic Healthcare

About the role

The Skin Lab Medical Center is seeking a results‑driven Female Tele Sales Coordinator to join our Abu Dhabi team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective patients, presenting aesthetic treatment packages and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Present aesthetic treatment packages and promotions professionally over phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Convert inquiries into bookings and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with patients before and after their treatments to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media enquiries with professionalism.
• Address and resolve patient concerns while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Coordinate closely with doctors, nursing staff, and management to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Required profile

• Arabic nationality with native Arabic speaking ability.
• Female candidate as specified by the employer.
• Previous experience as a Tele Sales Coordinator with a proven record of strong sales performance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Arabic.
