Field Marketing Manager – Middle East & Africa

About the role

ACI Worldwide is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing initiatives across the Middle East and Africa. Based in Dubai, you will translate global campaign strategies into locally relevant programs that drive pipeline, boost brand visibility, and support sales priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the MEA field marketing plan and execute account‑based marketing programs targeting Tier 1 banks, central banks, fintechs, and large merchants.
• Manage the regional events calendar, including conferences, executive roundtables, and client forums.
• Partner with digital teams to localize paid media, email, and web campaigns, incorporating Arabic content where needed.
• Develop post‑event and campaign lead follow‑up processes in coordination with inside sales and SDRs.
• Co‑create joint marketing programs with regional partners and ensure alignment with ACI’s go‑to‑market strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in payments, fintech, or related technology sectors.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, digital, and partner teams.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
