About the role
We are seeking a confident and friendly individual to join our field sales and marketing team in Al Ain. The role involves visiting villa and townhouse communities, engaging with property owners, and generating maintenance and renovation projects for our construction business.
Key responsibilities
- Visit residential communities to identify potential maintenance and renovation opportunities.
- Build relationships with property owners and present our service offerings.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring a smooth hand‑over to the operations team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and contract status.
Required profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and traveling within Al Ain.
- Sales or marketing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
