Field Service Coordinator (UAE National)

About the role

We are looking for a UAE National to join EthosEnergy as a Field Service Coordinator, supporting our Centralised Field Service Organisation in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures timely mobilisation of personnel and tooling resources to meet operational demands across the oil, gas and industrial service sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, understand and acknowledge demand signals for personnel and tooling requirements.
• Support visa, security and medical processes, escalating issues to the Field Service Manager.
• Arrange travel and accommodation through the travel provider and manage pre‑mobilisation and de‑mobilisation briefings.
• Manage shipping, receiving, testing and certification of field service inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors when internal resources are unavailable.
• Provide out‑of‑hours operational support and maintain training records for the TFA team.
• Administer timesheets, invoice reviews, purchase requisitions and monthly overtime summaries.
• Facilitate weekly field service planning meetings and keep planners and trackers up to date.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in an operations or service environment, preferably within field service.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and strong team‑working ethic.
• Experience handling customer and supplier communications under tight deadlines.
• Physical requirements not applicable.

Required skills

• Full working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proficiency with Adobe PDF.
• Effective customer and supplier communication.
