Field Service Engineer – Electrophysiology (MEA)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Service Engineer specialized in Electrophysiology to support customers across the Middle East & Africa. The role involves delivering high‑quality technical assistance, installations, maintenance, and new product launches for EP systems.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for customer service requests, managing cases from initiation to resolution.
• Perform on‑site installations, preventative maintenance, upgrades, and urgent repairs of EP systems.
• Support new EP product launches by installing equipment, providing initial support, and training customers.
• Provide technical support to customers, distributors, and internal teams, delivering value‑added service.
• Manage spare‑part logistics, prepare service quotes, process orders, invoicing, and shipping.
• Monitor warranty periods and service contracts, following up on renewals.
• Collaborate with commercial teams, distributors, and business partners across the MEA region.
• Travel extensively (approximately 50‑70%) throughout the Middle East & Africa to support customers.
