Field Strategy & Operations Director – Middle East, Turkey & Africa

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to drive the growth and market‑expansion strategy for our Enterprise AI platform across the Middle East, Turkey and Africa. Reporting to regional sales leadership, you will partner with cross‑functional teams to shape go‑to‑market plans, forecast sales, and ensure operational excellence as we scale our SaaS business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional growth and expansion strategy aligned with global standards.
• Lead the weekly, monthly and quarterly operating cadence for the field organization.
• Analyse business performance against targets and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide data‑driven insights to sales leadership and influence strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with product, finance and enablement teams to ensure seamless market rollout.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategy, operations or sales leadership within a fast‑growing SaaS or technology company.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across multiple regions.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.

Required skills

• Data analysis and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Sales forecasting and go‑to‑market planning.
• Understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise AI solutions.
