Finance Business Partner – Aftersales Division

About the role

The Finance Business Partner supports the Global Aftersales division by driving financial planning, budgeting and performance analysis. Reporting to the Senior Financial Controller, the role works closely with operational heads to deliver insights that improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business heads to drive performance, profit maximisation and strategic initiatives.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and re‑forecasting processes, including variance analysis.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new and retained products to assess incremental profitability.
• Develop, monitor and report on financial and operational KPIs across divisions and locations.
• Prepare and present monthly management and board reports, ensuring timely delivery.
• Support month‑end closing activities and maintain standardised accounting procedures.
• Design and enhance the aftersales reporting roadmap and early‑warning systems.

Required profile

• UAE national with a strong background in finance or accounting.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting within a large organisation.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior stakeholders.
