Amazon is seeking a highly analytical Finance Business Partner to join its Cross Border Business team in Dubai. The role will support growth in emerging countries through retail vendor management programs, providing strategic financial partnership across multiple initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to evaluate the financial impact of strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to become a subject‑matter expert on systems and outcomes.
• Drive standardization and streamlining of reporting, planning, and forecasting processes.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, develop improvement plans, and implement new performance measures.
• Steward long‑term free cash flow of investments.
• Own end‑to‑end P/L management and build financial projections for innovative growth models.
