Finance Business Partner – Global Customer Services (APJMEA)

About the role

The Finance Business Partner will be the finance lead for IFS Global Customer Services (GCS) across the APJMEA region. This hands‑on partnering role supports service delivery, sales and operations teams by providing accurate financial planning, analysis and insight.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, analysis and reporting for GCS in APJMEA.
• Build and manage budgets, forecasts and financial models that support commercial and operational decisions.
• Own month‑end and year‑end close for the region, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain a robust internal control and risk‑management framework and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Partner closely with service delivery, sales and operations teams to translate revenue and project delivery data into actionable forecasts and insights.

Required profile

• Finance professional with experience in business partnering and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and month‑end/year‑end close processes.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with service delivery, sales and operations teams.
• Knowledge of internal control, risk management and regulatory compliance across multiple markets.
