Finance & Controlling Associate – UAE Nationals

About the role

BMW Group’s AcceleratiON Programme seeks a Finance and Controlling Associate (UAE National only) to rotate across Controlling, Sales Planning, and international assignments. You will gain hands‑on exposure to financial steering, business planning, reporting and market operations, building a global network and contributing to key projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support initiatives in financial steering, performance analysis, digitalisation and process improvement.
• Coordinate projects with stakeholders, translate business requirements into clear data‑driven insights.
• Implement Finance and Controlling activities in partnership with other functions and central departments.
• Participate in transformation and continuous‑improvement projects to enhance efficiency, transparency and decision‑making.
• Own additional finance‑related tasks and ad‑hoc analyses as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Business Planning or Consulting.
• At least 4 months of international exposure through studies, internships or work experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and intercultural abilities.
• Team‑player mindset with confidence to collaborate across functions and markets.
• Analytical and reporting skills with the ability to turn financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Project‑management mindset, capable of handling multiple initiatives and adhering to timelines.
• Digital proficiency, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
