Finance Director – Group Finance, Tax & Treasury

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Director to lead the Group’s finance, tax and treasury functions. The role will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Investment team, overseeing corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing and supporting M&A activities across our diversified portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group‑wide financial reporting, IFRS consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Own UAE Corporate Tax, VAT and transfer‑pricing compliance, including tax provisioning and FTA engagements.
• Partner with Investment and M&A teams on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and capital raising, handling financial and tax due diligence.
• Manage group liquidity, cash flow, working capital, banking relationships and debt financing.
• Build and lead a high‑performing finance and tax function, driving ERP optimisation, automation and robust finance policies.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA/ACA/FCA/CPA) with a UAE Corporate Tax and VAT certificate.
• 15+ years post‑qualification experience, including at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, multi‑entity consolidation and cross‑border tax, double tax treaties and transfer‑pricing principles.
• Proven experience supporting M&A transactions, investment modelling and tax structuring.
