Finance Expert – Joint Venture & Regulatory Lead

About the role

The Finance Expert will act as the strategic lead for Bybit’s financial initiatives, focusing on joint venture finance, international compliance and regulatory oversight. Working closely with the Head of Finance, you will guide high‑level financial discussions and partner with global controllers to navigate complex tax and regulatory landscapes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance operations for all joint venture initiatives, ensuring alignment with group standards and local regulations.
• Design and implement cost structures and equity frameworks to optimise profitability and tax efficiency.
• Serve as the primary financial liaison for external partners and internal leadership, providing data‑driven insights for strategic negotiations.
• Monitor and oversee finance‑related projects globally, ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements and internal health metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in joint venture finance and project leadership.
• Strong knowledge of international financial compliance, transfer pricing and tax frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate with global finance controllers and senior stakeholders.
