Finance Manager - CEMEA COE Core Revenue Planning

About the role

Visa’s Finance Velocity Office is building a world‑class finance function. The Finance Manager for the CEMEA Core Revenue Planning Center of Excellence will own the end‑to‑end Oracle EPM revenue forecasting process and drive automation, AI‑enabled forecasting and analytics across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own Oracle EPM revenue forecasting capabilities, governance, enhancements and deliver baseline revenue and P&L forecasts.
• Develop and validate revenue planning methodologies, driver frameworks, forecasting logic and allocation models, including FX impacts.
• Lead monthly close and outlook reporting, perform data validation, variance analysis and provide management insights.
• Partner with FP&A, Data Science, Technology and business stakeholders to improve forecast quality, standardize processes and implement AI‑driven enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of financial planning processes, methodologies and Visa’s planning systems.
• Proven ability to work in a matrixed environment, influence stakeholders and drive process‑improvement initiatives.
