Finance Manager – Jumeirah Saadiyat Island

About the role

Jumeirah Saadiyat Island, an eco‑conscious luxury resort in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee its financial operations. You will act as the primary liaison for banking, insurance, tax and cash‑management activities, ensuring compliance with corporate finance policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage banking relationships, credit‑card arrangements and payment processes.
• Ensure compliance with loan agreements, tax regulations, insurance policies and finance directives.
• Oversee annual insurance renewals, claim processing and broker relationships.
• Respond to internal inquiries on payments, credit cards, insurance, taxes and banking operations.
• Collaborate with corporate finance on group projects, debt repayments and financial planning.
• Monitor intra‑group loans, swaps and other financial instruments, including forecasting and reporting.
• Administer group bank accounts, mandates and cash‑management solutions.
• Assist with VAT return preparation, monthly reporting and bookkeeping.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• 6–8 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
