Finance Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis for the Community and Owners Associations at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, Dubai’s newest luxury lifestyle destination.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis, providing strategic recommendations to optimise performance.
• Manage service charge budgets, monitor expenditures, collections, accounts payable, cash flow and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, IFRS standards, company policies and statutory requirements, coordinating audits and regulatory submissions.
• Prepare, review and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, bank reconciliations and management reports.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team, setting performance expectations and fostering continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership, operational teams, regulators, auditors and financial institutions, providing financial insights and supporting tax compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis within hospitality or real‑estate environments.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local regulatory frameworks (RERA).
• Proven leadership experience managing finance teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
