Finance Manager – Middle East (17 BUs, 9 Countries)

About the role

As Finance Manager for the Middle East region, you will lead the finance function across 17 business units in nine countries, covering three business lines (Freyssinet, Sixense, Nuvia) with an annual turnover of roughly €50 M. You will act as a trusted partner to operational leaders, providing insight that drives profitability, cash‑flow optimisation and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting and cash‑flow management for 17 business units across nine Middle‑East countries.
• Support three distinct business lines with tailored financial and commercial analysis.
• Coordinate compliance, taxation, banking and audit requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead a multicultural finance & accounting team of 10‑12 professionals.
• Manage contract administration, payment terms, guarantees, joint ventures and collections.
• Drive business‑transformation projects, enhance reporting capabilities and implement digital tools such as ERP systems, Salesforce, Power Query and Power BI.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 15 years of finance and accounting management experience, including at least 5 years in international taxation, external audit, transfer pricing, treasury and compliance.
• Proven ability to handle multi‑entity, multi‑currency and multi‑country reporting in an international group.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, audit processes and group reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and detail‑orientation skills.
