Finance Operations Manager – Treasury & Cash Management

About the role

The Finance Operations Manager will report to the FinOps Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering a best‑in‑class digital payments offering. Working in a fast‑paced fintech environment, you will ensure financial stability across all business units through effective cash and treasury management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cash‑flow forecasting, working‑capital optimisation and liquidity planning to support operational efficiency.
• Monitor daily cash positions, execute payments, transfers and manage banking relationships, including letters of credit and trade finance facilities.
• Record and reconcile bank transactions in the general ledger and assist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Prepare treasury‑related reports for management and auditors while ensuring compliance with company policies, banking regulations and tax requirements.
• Monitor foreign‑exchange exposures, support hedging strategies and mitigate treasury‑related risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• 3‑5 years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance or cash management, preferably within a diversified or multi‑entity corporate structure.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting theory and fintech operations.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
