About the role
The Financial Analyst will support the Business Planning & Analysis (BP&A) team in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for Al‑Futtaim Retail.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the BP&A team with strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Prepare, follow up and circulate regular and ad‑hoc financial reports and analyses.
- Support automation and project reporting, ensuring timely delivery of project insights.
- Provide administrative assistance to the BP&A Head and team members.
Required profile
- Commerce graduate with a specialization in Finance or Systems.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in budgeting, financial or management reporting, preferably in the retail sector in the Middle East.
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP and other accounting software packages.
- Strong analytical, planning and business‑acumen skills.
Required skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
