Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role

Our client, a leading publicly listed real‑estate developer in the UAE, is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to shape the organisation’s financial strategy. You will provide data‑driven insights, accurate forecasting and strategic budget management to support senior leadership decisions across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning for developments and assets.
• Deliver insightful financial analysis on project performance, profitability and cash flow.
• Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards and KPIs for senior leadership.
• Monitor budget versus actuals, analyse variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Support investment appraisals, feasibility studies and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Development, Sales, Leasing and Operations teams to drive financial performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience, preferably within real estate, development or construction.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
